| 英文描述 | A series of Springer Spaniels was described which had a seborrheic skin disease which resembled psoriasis of man because of the development of discrete papules and proliferative plaques. Histologically there was acanthosis, extension of epidermal pegs into the dermis, intraepidermal pustulation, and a superficial band of inflammatory cells closely applied to the epidermis. Hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis were also present. Treatment with corticosteroids appeared to cause some improvement of the lesions. Dx confirmed by histology. |
